Dr. Victoria L. Burse is the Founder and President of ARC International Corporation and the ARC Workforce Innovation Institute, bringing over 30 years of experience in leadership development, training, and organizational growth. 

With a Ph.D. in Counseling, a Master’s in Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, she blends technical expertise with human-centered leadership. 

As a retired IT Manager of Georgia Institute of Technology, She has successfully designed and facilitated training programs for corporations, nonprofits, and higher education, including curriculum development and large-scale workforce initiatives. Recognized nationally for entrepreneurial excellence and as a published author, 

Dr. Burse is dedicated to equipping young adults with the skills, credentials, and confidence to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving workforce.

Candee' is an Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in the field for 20+ years. A degreed professional, she is a Christian Counselor and has extensive experience working with families in crisis and stabilizing those families. Candee's other areas of expertise include couples & individual therapy with men and women. Family-of-origin issues, mood and anxiety disorders as well as interpersonal problems.
Candee' is also a skilled trainer, lecturer, workshop presenter, and the president of Suddenly! Professional Counseling & Consulting, P.C. 

Suddenly! PC is a provider of psychological services in the areas of psychotherapy, assessments, and training & development.

Sean E. Bell is an accomplished consultant, educator, and life coach with over 20 years of experience in learning and development across education, corporate training, and workforce development. He has lead scalable, industry-aligned training programs that drive measurable impact. 

Founder of EMerge Training Solutions, Sean brings expertise in instructional design, project management, and coaching, supported by degrees in Communications, Management (MBA), and Instructional Technology (M.Ed.). 

Recognized as a dynamic facilitator and strategic leader, he is dedicated to fostering workforce equity and advancing learner success.

Dr. Monitta Williams is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 25 years of experience spanning finance, corporate leadership, education, and ministry. She is the CEO and Founder of Royal Legacy Financial Advisors, where she equips individuals, families, and businesses with financial literacy and legacy planning strategies across 15 states. 

Previously, she co-founded and led Safety Environmental Consulting for over two decades, securing multimillion-dollar contracts in higher education and transportation. Holding a Doctorate of Divinity, an MA in Education, and a BS in Business Administration, Dr. Williams is also a board-certified counselor and Christian coach. 

She is widely recognized as a dynamic speaker, professor, and advocate for youth empowerment, community development, and generational wealth building.

June M. Jackson is an experienced nonprofit executive and educator with more than 25 years of service in administration, workforce development, and community engagement. 

She currently serves as Executive Director of the Gilbert Agricultural and Rural Development (GARD) Center in Antigua, where she leads programs in training, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. 

Her career spans roles as teacher, job placement coordinator, administrative professional, and mentor, with extensive expertise in project management, donor relations, and program implementation. 

With strong skills in organizational leadership, financial administration, and community outreach, Ms. Jackson is recognized for her commitment to advancing opportunities for at-risk youth and strengthening partnerships that drive long-term impact.

Debra Gipson is an accomplished tax professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate tax accounting and compliance. 

Most recently serving as a Tax Analyst with Cleveland-Cliffs Steel LLC, she managed the preparation, filing, and payment of over $40 million in annual sales, use, and personal property tax obligations, while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls. 

Her career includes significant roles with SP Plus Corporation, The Northern Trust Company, and multiple consulting assignments, where she developed deep expertise in multi-state tax compliance, reconciliations, tax research, and system integrations. 

Debra holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and is highly recognized for accuracy, reliability, and integrity,. She brings strong technical expertise and a proven record of managing complex tax operations across diverse industries.

Forest Burse is a seasoned diesel and automotive technician with over 30 years of experience maintaining and repairing heavy-duty engines, transmissions, and fleet vehicles. He has worked with major organizations including United Parcel Service, Williams Detroit Diesel, and Greyhound Bus Lines, and is certified in CDL Class B, ASE Freon handling, IMACA Air Conditioning, and Detroit Diesel. 

Forest provides oversight for  Trades, Mentorship, and Media. He has mentored entrepreneurs and co founded the ARC Business Network Group. 

As founder of Front Page Photography, he has built a successful company serving Georgia and Mississippi, with clients such as the Trumpet Awards Foundation and the YOU Awards Foundation. A budding inventor and committed leader, Forest brings a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision.
