Dr. Victoria L. Burse is the Founder and Executive Director of ARC International Corporation and the ARC Workforce Innovation Institute, bringing over 30 years of experience in leadership development, training, and organizational growth. With a Ph.D. in Counseling, a Master’s in Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, she blends technical expertise with human-centered leadership. She has successfully designed and facilitated training programs for corporations, nonprofits, and higher education, including curriculum development and large-scale workforce initiatives. Recognized nationally for entrepreneurial excellence and as a published author, Dr. Burse is dedicated to equipping young adults with the skills, credentials, and confidence to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving workforce.
